Working for both brokers and insurance companies Tanja brings over more than 30 years’ experience in the Global Benefits and Health business and is very well connected in the industry. This includes all insured benefits and projects, global management service, multinational pooling, expatriate solution, employee experience via employer and employee platforms. She is a dedicated expert in this field.
Prior to joining Aon in 2022, Tanja lead Employee Benefits and Health & Benefits consulting teams with competitor organizations in Germany / Austria.
Tanja has a degree in business administration from DHBW.
She has authored articles on different areas of employee benefits internationally, wellbeing/Resilience and is a presenter on topical issues for multinationals and global benefits related trends..
