Senior Consultant and Facilitator

Nicolas is the Founder and Director of Acceleris Consulting, a Geneva based consultancy specialised in Individual, Team and Organizational Development (https://www.acceleris.net). Nicolas has over 25 years of experience working with management effectiveness, organisational development and change as a line manager, project manager, consultant, facilitator and trainer. Nicolas has led the design and delivery of multiple Leadership Development Programmes ranging for 50 to 2’000 participants across private and public sector, drawing from a wide ecosystem of talented professionals and his known for his collaborative leadership style. His areas of expertise include: Leadership and Management Development and Transition, Strategy Development and Implementation, Organizational Development and Change Management, Cross Fcuntional Work & Collaboration. Nicolas is also an experienced facilitator and is regularly called upon to design and facilitate meetings and retreats, including at very senior level. Over the past 15 years, he has facilitated more than 80 meetings and retreats. Nicolas holds a BA from Lausanne Hotel Management School, an MBA from Ashridge Business School and a research diploma from Cranfield School of Management. He is Swiss and French, and is fluent in English, French and Spanish. He has lived and worked in France, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom, Mexico and the USA, and frequently travels for work to Asia, the US and South America.
