HR FESTIVAL europe 2025: Inspiration, Exchange, and Unforgettable Experiences

On March 25 and 26, 2025, the HR FESTIVAL europe took place at Messe Zürich – and it was a resounding success once again!

With over 6,000 visitors, more than 170 exhibitors, and a variety of speakers, the event was once again the leading gathering for HR professionals in Switzerland. The halls were filled with HR experts who spent two days diving deep into the latest trends and topics in the world of HR.

Groundbreaking ideas and practical solutions were presented in the areas of Corporate Health, Talent Management, Artificial Intelligence, Recruiting, and the Future of Work. The engaging panels and inspiring keynotes captivated the audience and sparked thought-provoking discussions. A special highlight was the new Speed-Meeting format, where participants received compact, practical information on current HR topics in just 15 minutes.

The first day was rounded off with the BREAK THE NORM Networking Party, which created an energetic atmosphere with captivating music by Baba Shrimps.

Our sustainable concept, with eco-friendly FILL ME Bottles and innovative water dispensers by Kärcher, also helped make the event more environmentally conscious and significantly reduced the consumption of PET bottles.

The HR FESTIVAL europe is truly "The place to be" for anyone who wants to make an impact in HR. It was a festival in the truest sense of the word – an inspiring celebration of the HR community, growing year by year and captivating more people each time.

The fourth edition of HR FESTIVAL Europe took place on 25 and 26 March 2025, at Messe Zürich. The audience was thrilled by the top-class speakers, engaging discussions, and diverse insights into emerging challenges.
