Where does the HR FESTIVAL europe take place and how do I get there?

Messe Zürich, Wallisellenstrasse 49, 8050 Zürich

Train / Tram / Bus
Travellers from Zurich Main Station have various connections by train, tram or bus to Oerlikon station, or directly to the stop “Messe Zürich”. From Oerlikon station, Messe Zürich is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Car
When taking the motorway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne and St. Gallen, follow the “Z” sign to the Zurich Exhibition Center. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich parking garage on Hagenholzstrasse.

GENERAL NEWS

As our aim is to make the event even better year after year, we have once again planned a number of innovations for the upcoming HR FESTIVAL europe.

Speed meetings
For the first time, speed meetings will be offered in the conference rooms of Messe Zürich. This enables you to present your product or service to interested visitors in an exclusive setting outside the exhibition area. Interested parties must register in advance and space is limited to 20 people. You will find all the details below.

Entry in the exhibitor directory
You can now create and manage your own entry in the online list of exhibitors on our website. This gives you the opportunity to make changes independently and easily. You will also receive the corresponding login and detailed instructions in December.

Hall plan and repositioning of the Action Stage
We have optimized the hall plan and adjusted the stand numbering accordingly. The definitive stand number was communicated when the registration was confirmed. The Action Stage in Hall 4 is now located at the edge of the hall and no longer in the middle. This repositioning contributes to a quieter atmosphere during the panel discussions.

EXHIBITOR PORTAL

Important information: Sometimes things in life – and in technology – don’t go quite as planned. We also had to make this experience when finalising our exhibitor portal. Unfortunately, the launch of the portal has been delayed and you will receive your new access on 6th January 2025. We thank you for your understanding.


To make managing your entry in the exhibitor directory as simple as possible, we have set up a personal exhibitor portal for you.

From now on, you can manage your entry in the exhibitor directory independently and make changes at any time. Your personal discount code can also be found in the portal.

On 6th January 2025, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Afterward, you can log in via our website at any time to edit your entry.

We kindly ask you to update your entry as soon as possible, at a minimum with a logo and description.

Please also note the following:

  • Existing Entries
    If you have previously been an exhibitor at HR FESTIVAL europe, your details and logo from the existing entry have been automatically transferred. Please check whether the information is still up to date.

  • Language
    If your entry is to appear in an additional language in the exhibitor directory (EN or FR), please send the text to us at info@hrfestival.ch. We will gladly add the entry in the desired language.

  • Email Address
    You can update the email address under “Profile” if someone else is to manage the entry. Please note that it is not possible to save more than one email address.

BOOKING SPEED MEETINGS

The HR FESTIVAL europe is becoming even more dynamic: next year, we will be offering Speed Meetings in the conference rooms of Messe Zürich for the first time.

All exhibitors have the opportunity to book one or more slots for Speed Meetings, where you can present a specific product or service of your company for 15 minutes away from the lively festival area. Visitors can register for the Speed Meetings free of charge in advance.

In this way, we create the perfect balance between festival atmosphere and targeted business contacts.

What are the advantages?

  • Valuable leads: You will receive all the data (first and last name, e-mail, function and company) of the participants afterwards.
  • Targeted attention: Present exclusively to trade visitors who have registered in advance and show genuine interest in your offer.
  • Quiet atmosphere: The speed meetings take place in the conference rooms of Messe Zürich, away from the hustle and bustle of the exhibition hall.

Below you will find the most important details as well as the booking form including an overview of all available slots. When registering, please indicate the day and time as well as the respective slot number listed in the document.

  • The Speed Meetings take place in the conference rooms of Messe Zurich and last 15 minutes each.
  • The price per booked slot is CHF 500.00.
  • A maximum of 2 slots can be booked per day. Please submit one booking form per Speed Meeting.
  • The capacity is limited to a maximum of 20 people. Registration is required.
  • If there are fewer than 10 registrations one week before the event, the Speed Meeting will be cancelled. There will be no cost incurred for you.
  • If fewer than 10 participants check in at the event, the registration fee will be refunded.

Please send the completed booking form to booking@hrfestival.ch by 31 January 2025 at the latest.


APPLICATION FOR INPUT PRESENTATIONS

All exhibitors who have booked a regular stand space can apply free of charge for a 30-minute Input Presentation on one of the following four stages:

  • Future of Work Stage
  • Corporate Health Stage
  • Recruiting Stage
  • Talent Management Stage

Please send the completed form to info@hrfestival.ch by December 6, 2024 at the latest.

Please note that submission of the application does not constitute acceptance. The HR FESTIVAL europe team will determine the definitive programme and the timing of the input presentations. We will get back to you by the end of December.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ALL INCLUSIVE STANDS

Print data
If you have booked an All -nclusive stand package (exception: 10 m2 lounges), you will be contacted directly by our stand builder formfoundation by mid-December. You will receive a sketch with the detailed dimensions and the exact requirements for the print data.
If you require this information in advance, please contact us at info@hrfestival.ch.

Power connection
Your All Inclusive stand package includes a power connection (2.3 KW). If you require additional power connections, these must be booked in advance using the Messe Zürich tool.
Deadline: 3 March 2025, after that express fee of CHF 150.00

Stand cleaning
Please note, that this package does not include stand cleaning. This can also be booked via the tool if required.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: CUSTOM STANDS

If you have only booked the stand space, no further services are included. Please note the following:

Electricity and other additional services
All additional services can be booked via the Messe Zürich tool.
Deadline: 3 March 2025, after that express fee of CHF 150.00

Partition walls
Please remember to plan a partition wall to separate you from your neighbouring stand(s).

Floor covering
Your booked stand area does not have a floor covering. This must also be organised separately via your stand constructor.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Stand catering
You can book catering services through the Wassermann & Company webshop. For any inquiries, please contact Wassermann & Company directly by phone at +41 61 201 08 45 or via email at sales@wassermann-company.ch.

Additional furniture and screens
Additional furniture or screens can be ordered directly here via our stand builder formfoundation.
Deadline: 3 March 2025, after this date a 30% surcharge applies

Flowers
When ordering flower bouquets and arrangements from Fleurop, exhibitors benefit from a 10% discount. Please contact Natascha Bauer (natascha.bauer@fleurop.ch) for this.

Stand personnel
If you need additional stand personnel, you can book them directly through Coople.


SPECIAL OFFER FILL ME

What if you could both strengthen your brand and make a positive contribution to the environment with one simple decision?

You can easily refill these stylish reusable bottles free of charge at one of the water stations at the event. Ideal for your team at the stand or as a sustainable gift for customers.

The offer is valid until 14 March 2025 and applies to both existing designs and individually designed bottles (excluding shipping).


TICKETING AND YOUR PERSONAL DISCOUNT CODE

Next year, admission for visitors will once again be subject to a fee. However, all exhibitors will receive a code that can be shared without limitation with clients and other interested HR professionals from their network, granting them free admission.

DISCOUNT CODE

You can find your personal discount code in the exhibitor portal. Log in and then scroll all the way down.

You can share the discount code with an unlimited number of customers and other interested HR professionals. By entering the code, they will receive a free ticket for the HR FESTIVAL europe (regular price: CHF 69.00). There are no costs for you.

Please note – the BREAK THE NORM networking party is not included in the ticket.

Would you like to invite your best customers to the party? No problem! You can find all the information you need in the ‘Premium exhibitor code’ section.

Important: Tickets for visitors will be available from mid-January 2025. We will inform you via newsletter as soon as ticketing is open. Please communicate this information accordingly if you pass on the code beforehand.

PREMIUM EXHIBITOR CODE

Social media is the key to greater reach and visibility. With targeted posts, you can not only draw attention to your participation in the HR FESTIVAL europe, but also attract visitors to your stand and thus make long-term contacts.
