Because networking is very important in HR, we are celebrating the big BREAK THE NORM networking party together on 26 March. It will be unforgettable! Take advantage of this unique opportunity to socialise with customers, visitors, speakers and innovative exhibitors and expand your network.

An admission ticket is required and can be purchased when registering for the HR FESTIVAL europe or on site. The price for one person is CHF 60.00, including food and drinks.

Of course, first-class entertainment will also be provided: this year, Marius Bear will rock the BREAK THE NORM party! In addition, Patric Pleasure (DJ) will once again provide the atmosphere. Marius Bear

The 30-year-old musician from Appenzell combines what at first glance seem incompatible: self-confident strength, vulnerability and the courage to reveal his weaknesses. The trademark of his songs: they are always carried by his instantly recognisable power voice. In 2019, he launched his first longplayer “Not Loud Enough” and won the Swiss Music Award in the “Best Talent” category. His second album “Boys Do Cry” was released in March 2022 and reached the top 5 of the Swiss longplay charts. In 2023 he was honoured with the Swiss Music Award “Best Breaking Act”. Marius Bear is a romantic somewhere between brotherly buddy and passionate lover, whose songs sometimes tenderly embrace his listeners, sometimes energetically rock forward or sometimes winkingly ask them to dance. His third album will be released in spring 2024.
