In this session, Workday will present the outcome of its recent research on HR Operating Models and their evolution.

• By far the most dominant Target Operating Model is the Ulrich model consisting of Business Partners, CoEs and Shared Services – these three roles can be found in every company albeit some variations in terms of structure. This presentation illustrates how customers in these roles benefit from HRIS to be impactful.
• What are the main criteria when designing a new operating model and how do you implement a new model? The research analyses the benefits of transitioning and transforming in parallel.
