Elly Oldenbourg

Elly Oldenbourg is an experienced manager with a multicultural background, having spent many years working at Google. For several years, this mother of two has been actively advocating for a more forward-thinking (work) world, both publicly and within organizations. She contributes as a consultant, speaker, and interview guest, serves as a guest lecturer at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), and is a board member at the World Future Council. Her first book, “WORKSHIFT – Warum wir heute anders arbeiten müssen, um unser Morgen zu retten”, written by the half-Greek author, was published in 2024.
