Florian Kunzke

Florian Kunzke is the Global Director AI Strategy within SAP’s Business AI organization. In this role, he plays a key part in shaping and advancing SAP’s AI strategy. Florian leads strategic projects and market analyses, develops AI strategies and thought leadership content, and supports global AI-related programs and initiatives. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to SAP’s executive leadership team.

Since joining SAP in 2016 from a consulting background, Florian has held various positions in Strategy & Operations within SAP’s Technology Research and Business Model Innovation organization. As Director Platform Strategy & Transformation, he was most recently responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for the SAP Business Technology Platform. With his deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, Florian is a sought-after expert and speaker on topics such as AI strategy, platform transformation, and enterprise software innovation.
