Using typical challenges faced by SMEs, we illustrate where HR digitalization projects often fail and where project costs typically arise. Furthermore, we explain how the FirstLight approach combines the best of two worlds: a fast and cost-efficient implementation without sacrificing local requirements and necessary localization.
