Train/Tram/Bus
Travelers from Zurich Main Station or Zurich Airport have various connections via S-Bahn, tram or bus to Oerlikon Station, or directly to Messe Zürich.
- Tram No. 50 runs directly from the main station to the Messe / Hallenstadion stop.
- From Oerlikon Station, you can reach the exhibition center in a few minutes on foot.
Car
When arriving by motorway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne, and St. Gallen, follow the 'Z' sign to the Messe Zürich exhibition grounds. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich car park on Hagenholzstrasse.

Live Translation & Silent Experience
ALL keynotes and panels on the MAIN Stage will be simultaneously translated (German, French, English).
- Please bring your own headphones for the translation.
- Download the app «Syntax Translations» in advance from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Silent Experience on the Content Stages
In the program, items held in English are specially marked.
This year, the Content Stages are designed as Silent Stages – please pick up headphones at the entrance of each stage before every program item and return them after the session.
Sustainability
STAY HYDRATED!
Sustainability is important to us. Therefore, at HR FESTIVAL europe 2026, we are continuing our cooperation with FILL ME and Kärcher, with the goal of creating an event that is as PET-free as possible.
As in previous years, there are several Kärcher water stations in the halls where you can get free still or sparkling water. Borrow a FILL ME bottle or bring your own water bottle. After your visit, please return the borrowed FILL ME bottle at the exit so it can be washed and reused.
Networking Party
Because networking is highly valued in HR, we celebrate together with a big Networking Party on the first evening of the HR FESTIVAL europe. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to connect with attendees, speakers, and innovative exhibitors and expand your network. Of course, first-class entertainment is also provided!
The party starts on March 24, 2026, at 5:30 PM, at the Main Stage in Hall 6.
An admission ticket is required and can be purchased here.

Speed Meetings
The Speed Meetings at HR Festival europe – fast, exciting, and informative. No lengthy presentations, but quick, concise insights into the latest products from leading companies in the industry. In this new, free, and dynamic format, festival attendees have the opportunity to speak directly with experts and discover tailored solutions for their HR challenges.
What to expect:
- Compact presentations in small groups of up to 25 people
- Exclusive insights directly from experts
- The opportunity to discover concrete solutions for your challenges – efficiently and focused
Important: Pre-registration is required for Speed Meetings.
Are you interested in participating in one or more speed meetings?
Here's how:
- Book your regular festival admission here: Tickets HR FESTIVAL europe
- You will receive a ticket confirmation from ALMA Medien with the download link for your HR FESTIVAL europe admission ticket. Save this, as it grants you entry to the event.
- Afterwards, you will receive a separate email from "HR FESTIVAL europe" containing your personal link for speed meeting bookings. The speed meetings themselves, as well as the associated booking confirmations, are in German.
- Be inspired and book up to a maximum of 5 speed meetings.
- Tickets for the speed meetings, a single ticket for all meetings (but without exhibition access), will also be sent to you by email from "HR FESTIVAL europe".
Important: Should you wish to cancel, change, or book new Speed Meetings (after completing the initial Speed Meeting booking process), please contact us at info@hrfestival.ch.
