Train/Tram/Bus
Travelers from Zurich main station or Zurich airport have various connections by S-Bahn, streetcar or bus to Oerlikon station, or directly to Messe Zurich.
- Streetcar no. 11 goes directly to the Messe / Hallenstadion stop.
- Bus lines 61 and 62 also go directly to the Messe / Hallenstadion stop.
- From Oerlikon railroad station you can reach the exhibition center in a few minutes on foot.
By car
If you are traveling on the highway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne and St. Gallen, follow the "Z" sign to the Zurich exhibition grounds. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich parking garage on Hagenholzstrasse.

Speed meetings
The speed meetings at the HR Festival europe - fast, exciting and informative. No long presentations, but quick, concise insights into the latest products from leading companies in the industry. In this new, free and dynamic format, festival visitors have the opportunity to speak directly with experts and discover customized solutions for their HR challenges.
What you can expect:
- Compact presentations in small groups of a maximum of 20 people
- Exclusive insights directly from experts
- The chance to discover concrete solutions to your challenges - efficiently and with focus
Important: Registration is required in advance for the speed meetings.
Simultaneous translation of keynotes
All keynotes will be simultaneously translated (German, French, English).
- Please bring your own headphones for the translation.
- Download the SyntaxTranslations app from the App Store or Google Play Store in advance.
- You will receive all further information directly on site.
Break the norm party
Because networking is very important in HR, we celebrate the big networking party together on the first evening of the HR FESTIVAL europe. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to get in touch with visitors, speakers and innovative exhibitors and expand your network. Of course, first-class entertainment will also be provided!
The party starts on March 24, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. on the Main Stage in Hall 6.

Sustainability
STAY HYDRATED!
Sustainability is important to us. That's why we are continuing our cooperation with FILL MEand Kärcher at HR FESTIVAL europe 2026. Our goal is to make the event as PET-free as possible.
As in previous years, there are several Kärcher water stations in the halls where you can get free water with or without sparkling water. Borrow a FILL ME bottle or bring your own drinking bottle. After your visit, return the borrowed FILL ME bottle at the exit so that it can be washed and used again.
WLAN
A free WLAN service is available to visitors in the exhibition halls of Messe Zürich, the venue of the HR FESTIVAL europe. It can be used via SMS login and enables a surfing speed of up to 10 Mbps, which is sufficient for e-mails and normal surfing.
