All exhibitors with a regular stand space have the opportunity to apply **free of charge for a 30-minute input presentation** on one of our five stages. Take this opportunity to present your topic and your expertise live at the HR FESTIVAL europe.
The input presentation focuses on the topic and should not be self-promotional.

Please note that the submission of an application does not constitute acceptance. The HR FESTIVAL europe team will draw up the definitive program and the timing of the input presentations. We will get back to you by the end of December.

The Speed Meetings at HR Festival Europe are fast-paced, dynamic, and rich in content. They offer concise insights into the latest innovations from leading companies in the industry. This free format allows visitors to engage directly with experts and discover solutions tailored to their HR challenges. Participants register for the individual slots in advance free of charge.
This will create the ideal combination of festival atmosphere and valuable business contacts in 2026.
- Duration: 15 minutes
- Location: Conference rooms Messe Zürich
- Procedure: Booking via registration form (max. 2 slots per day)
- Capacity (max): 1 speaker, 25 visitors
- Costs: CHF 500.00 / slot

Travelers from Zurich main station have various connections by S-Bahn, streetcar or bus to Oerlikon station, or directly to Messe Zürich. Messe Zürich is just a few minutes' walk from Oerlikon station.
By car
If you are traveling on the highway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne and St. Gallen, follow the "Z" sign to the Zurich exhibition grounds. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich parking garage.

Vehicles in the exhibition hall
If you have a vehicle at your stand during your trade fair appearance (e.g. coffee mobile), we need some information in advance in order to guarantee a smooth process. This only applies to vehicles that remain in the hall during the HR FESTIVAL europe. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible via info@hrfestival.ch.

Below you will find the current hall plan with the free areas in green. The pink areas are reserved and the dark red areas are already booked. Please note that changes may be made at any time.

Important information All Inclusive stand packages
Graphic information formfoundation GmbH
formfoundation GmbH has already started drawing up plans for its stand sketch. By the middle/end of November you will receive the graphic information by email directly from fromfoundation GmbH.
Power connection
One power connection (2.3 KW) is included in your All Inclusive stand package. If you require additional power connections, these must be booked in advance using the Messe Zürich tool.
We recommend in any case that you have a multiple socket strip at your stand. Exhibitors from abroad should also remember to take an adapter with them if necessary.
Stand cleaning
Please note that this package does not include stand cleaning. This can also be booked via the tool if required.
Important information for exhibitors with their own stand
If you have only booked the stand space, no further services are included. Please note the following:
Electricity and other additional services
Power connections, Internet access (cable), water, stand cleaning, etc.
All additional services can be booked via the Messe Zürich tool.
We recommend in any case that you have a multiple socket strip at your stand. Exhibitors from abroad should also remember to take an adapter with them if necessary.
Partition walls
Please remember to plan a partition wall to separate you from your neighboring stand(s).
Floor covering
Your booked stand space has no floor covering. This must also be organized separately via your stand constructor.

Flowers
When ordering flower bouquets and arrangements from Fleurop, exhibitors benefit from a 10% discount. Please contact Natascha Bauer(natascha.bauer@fleurop.ch) for this.
Stand personnel
If you need additional stand personnel, they can be booked directly with Coople
Internet at Messe Zürich
There is a free WLAN service in the exhibition halls via SMS login. The speed of 10 Mbps is designed for sending and receiving e-mails and surfing the web.
For faster access, you can purchase WLAN vouchers with a speed of 50 Mbps at the Service Center on site (costs CHF 15.00 per day for 2 devices or CHF 30.00 for 5 days, also for 2 devices). If this is also not sufficient, an Internet connection must be ordered via the Messe Zürich tool.
