Exhibitor Listing

All exhibitors who participated in 2026 will be automatically registered for 2027. We simply ask that you review your listing and email us with any requested changes.

New Exhibitors: Please create your **NEW** listing if you haven't already done so.
It's very simple and the first step toward a successful presence at HR FESTIVAL europe 2027!

Input Presentation

The application period for an "Input" presentation on one of the Content Stages begins in early November with the first newsletter.
The application deadline is December 22, 2026.

Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The following stages will be available in 2027:

  • AI Stage
  • Future of Work Stage
  • Corporate Health Stage
  • Corporate Learning Stage
  • Talent Management Stage

In 2027, we would like to try to further expand our international audience, so we will be offering AI translation via headphones at all content stages in 2027. Please note that your speakers should speak standard German on stage.

Eliminate the time-consuming manual entry and data capture of business cards post-event. With Scan2Lead, simply scan the QR code on attendees' and exhibitors' badges to receive all information in real-time.

To do this, simply fill out the order form and send it to info@hrfestival.ch.

Exhibitors who have booked Scan2Lead will receive their access directly from Scan2Lead in the first week of February.

    Exhibitors have access from 7:30 a.m. onwards.

  • Saturday, April 3, 2027: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 4, 2027: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Monday, April 5, 2027: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Dismantling

  • Wednesday, April 7, 2027: 5:00 p.m. – midnight
  • Thursday, April 8, 2027: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

In early March, you will receive an email from the Messe Zürich handling operator containing your login credentials for the logistics tool. You can use this tool to book your delivery and pickup slots.

A slot is required for larger deliveries.

Vehicles in the Exhibition Hall

If you have a vehicle at your stand during your exhibition appearance (e.g., a coffee mobile), we require some information in advance to ensure a smooth process. This applies only to vehicles that remain in the hall during the HR FESTIVAL europe. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible via info@hrfestival.ch.

Material Deliveries

ADVANCE DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
Magazines and other materials, such as giveaways, etc., can be shipped in advance to the warehouse by the trade show freight forwarder.

More information on this will be provided at a later date.

Train/Tram/Bus
Travelers from Zurich Main Station have various connections via S-Bahn, tram, or bus to Oerlikon Station, or directly to Messe Zurich. From Oerlikon Station, Messe Zurich is reachable within a few minutes on foot.

Car
When arriving by highway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne, and St. Gallen, follow the "Z" sign to the Messe Zurich exhibition grounds. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zurich multi-storey car park.

Important Information for Exhibitors with Their Own Stand

If you have only booked the stand space itself, no other services are included. Therefore, please note the following: 

Electricity and other additional services
Electricity connections, internet access (wired), water, stand cleaning, etc. 
All additional services can be booked via the Messe Zürich tool.

We definitely recommend having a power strip at your stand. Exhibitors from abroad should also remember to bring an adapter, if necessary.

DEADLINE – Date to be announced
After that, an express surcharge will apply. 

Partition Walls
Please remember to plan for a partition wall to separate your stand from your neighbouring stand(s).

Flooring
Your booked stand space does not include flooring. This must also be organised separately through your stand builder.

Important Information All-Inclusive Stand Packages

Power Connection
Your All-Inclusive Stand Package includes one power connection (2.3 KW). If you require additional power connections, these must be booked in advance via the Messe Zurich tool.

We definitely recommend having a power strip at your stand. Exhibitors from abroad should also remember to bring an adapter, if necessary.

After that, an express surcharge will apply.

Stand Cleaning
Please note that this package does not include stand cleaning. This can also be booked via the tool if required.

Exhibitor and Speaker Tickets

Ticket sales for exhibitor tickets will open in early January. Please purchase an exhibitor ticket for yourself, your staff at the booth, and any speakers. There is no limit on the number of staff members at the booth.

In January, you will also receive an email with the following number of free tickets to the NETWORKING party on the evening of March 24:

  • Start-up stands, lounges, and stands up to 15m² → 2 free tickets
  • Stands 16m² to 20m² → 4 free tickets
  • Stands of 24m² and larger → 6 free tickets

The code is limited per company, not per person. The free party tickets are exclusively for exhibitors, and the code may not be passed on to customers. Additional party tickets can be booked at a special price of CHF 60.00.

IMPORTANT: If you book a party ticket, regular admission is already included, and you do not need to book an additional exhibitor ticket. Please also note that the party cannot be added to your ticket independently afterwards. In this case, please contact us via info@hrfestival.ch.

Would you like to invite your best customers to the party as well? No problem!
To do so, please email us at info@hrfestival.chby March 6, 2027, at the latest, specifying the number of tickets you’d like. You’ll then receive personalized codes at the special price of CHF 60.00, which you can share with your customers (regular price for visitors: CHF 99.00).

Personal Discount Code

You should have already received your personal code from Lena via email. With this code, you can invite your clients to HR FESTIVAL europe 2026 free of charge.

The code is valid until March 25th and can be shared as often as desired. This incurs no additional costs for you.
By entering the code, visitors receive a free two-day ticket (excluding the party).

Parking Tickets

We would like to remind you that the purchased parking tickets are a VOUCHER and not the exit ticket. The actual ticket must be collected on-site at the exhibition office upon presentation of the voucher.

On Monday, parking tickets can be collected between 15:00 and 17:00. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, collection is possible during the regular opening hours of the exhibition office.

This year, it's once again worthwhile for you to invite as many clients and HR professionals from your network as possible! Because for every 100 trade visitors who have checked in with your code, we will reimburse you CHF 1’000.00 in the following year if you participate again.

Cloakroom & Valuables

During the event, a cloakroom will be available in the basement where exhibitors and visitors can check in bags, jackets, etc., free of charge. The cloakroom will only be open until 17:00 on Wednesday, and all items must be collected by then.

Additionally, there are approximately 50 lockers in the basement that can be operated with a numerical code. (first come, first served)

We strongly recommend not leaving anything unattended at your stand. Please note that stands are not guarded after the fair closes on March 25. We assume no liability for lost items.

Internet at Messe Zürich
A free Wi-Fi service is available in the exhibition halls via SMS login. The speed of 10 Mbps is designed for sending and receiving emails and web browsing.
For faster access, you can purchase Wi-Fi vouchers with a speed of 50 Mbps at the on-site Service Center (cost CHF 15.00 per day for 2 devices or CHF 30.00 for 5 days, also for 2 devices). If this is still not sufficient, an internet connection must be ordered via the Messe Zürich tool.

Fraud with Participant Lists

Unfortunately, in recent years there have been increasing attempts at fraud involving alleged participant lists of the HR FESTIVAL europe. Companies specifically contact exhibitors, claiming to offer our participant lists.

ALMA Medien AG does not sell participant lists, nor does it authorize any third parties to sell participant lists for events.

How did the fraudsters get your email address?
Software programs can scan websites for email addresses. The email addresses are stored in the public exhibitor directory. Participant data is secured and cannot be stolen. Therefore, there are no accessible participant lists.

If you receive an email, do not reply to it. By replying, you confirm that your email address is valid. This can increase the likelihood of you being contacted regularly. This also applies to "unsubscribe emails".
