Coaching has become a key competence for anyone who leads, develops, or advises people. As a tool for self-help, coaching enables improved self-management of decisions and successes in a professional context. Important topics include managing crises and conflicts, effective communication and role design, personal behavioral change, and career development.
In this speed meeting, learn how you and your employees can systematically develop the competencies and acquire the methods needed for professional coaching of individuals and teams within the MAS Coaching program. The MAS program is recognized by the bso professional association, starts twice a year, and consists of 3 CAS programs, which can also be booked individually.
An additional registration is required for each Speed Meeting.
