The Swiss HR Award jury nominates 10 exemplary projects for the shortlist and awards a Swiss HR Award in each of these 5 categories during the live pitch:

• Start-Up

• Wild Card

• Think Tank
  

Forward-looking HR projects and ideas that boldly and creatively break new ground in human resources are honored.

The jury pre-nominates 10 outstanding achievements for the shortlist. These finalists will pitch against each other at the HR FESTIVAL europe.

The finalists in each category will present their pitch to the audience, who will then choose the winner. The winners of each category will receive the Swiss HR Award and be featured in HR Today Magazine.

New application deadline: January 12, 2026
Two projects per category will be selected by the jury and invited to pitch.
