The Swiss HR Award jury nominates 10 exemplary projects for the shortlist and presents a Swiss HR Award in each of these 5 categories in a live pitch:

• Attracting Talents

• Retaining Talents

• Start-up

• Wild Card

• Think Tank
  

The award recognizes forward-looking HR projects and ideas that boldly and creatively break new ground in HR work.

The jury will nominate 10 outstanding achievements for the shortlist in advance. These finalists will pitch against each other at the HR FESTIVAL europe.

The finalists in each category will give a pitch in front of the audience, who will then vote for the winner. The winners in each category will receive the Swiss HR Award and be featured in HR Today magazine.

Submit new applications by January 12, 2026
The jury will select two projects per category and invite them to pitch.
