Andrea Rutishauser

Andrea is from the Bernese Oberland and has lived and worked abroad for a large part of her professional life. She also brings many years of leadership experience in multinational corporations and in the management of SMEs. She is a mother of twins and lives in Zurich. However, she still can't sit still. Self-employed for many years, she has taken over the management of BWI and, as a proven communicator, handles all externally visible and internally effective matters. She supports clients as a trainer and consultant, particularly in team leadership, mediation and conflict management, and coaching.
