Dominic Baumann is Managing Director of Alixio Consulting Switzerland. He advises organizations on strategic HR issues with a particular focus on workforce planning, organizational development, and translating strategy into actionable measures. His experience combines a strategic perspective with operational implementation from leadership roles in international organizations, as well as from guiding companies through phases of growth, transformation, and uncertainty.
