Dr. Dalit Jäckel Lang

Dr. Dalit Jäckel-Lang is the Head of the nationwide ensa Mental Health First Aid program and a member of the Executive Board of the Swiss Pro Mente Sana Foundation. She studied social and economic psychology in Basel and Strasbourg and earned her doctorate on the topic of professional and family transitions. Dr. Jäckel-Lang is responsible for the conceptual and strategic development, as well as the quality assurance and nationwide implementation of the ensa program. This evidence-based program empowers employees to recognize mental health challenges early and respond appropriately – a crucial factor for prevention and sustainable health promotion in organizations.
