Madeleine von Arx Managing Director of Compasso with an Executive Master in Business Administration for Innovation Management. Since the end of 2022, Madeleine von Arx has been leading the office. Compasso is the information portal for employers and, together with system partners, develops free tools to support and maintain processes for employers regarding job retention and professional reintegration. In 2025, the reWork Profile with SIM Work Ability Certificate was launched as a central tool for reducing absence costs and retaining jobs.
