After completing a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Fribourg, Ivan Brustlein quickly turned to entrepreneurship and business development. He launched his first start-up in 2008, before joining Altran, the European leader in technology consulting, as a Business Manager.
In 2015, he founded Swibeco with the vision of reinventing employee benefits. Today, the company offers a unique Flexible Benefits solution, adopted by thousands of client companies and used daily by more than 350,000 employees to increase their purchasing power.
