Recruiting, HR marketing, HR startups, AI, and HR tech have been Matthias Mäder's passion for many years. He is the operational Chairman of the Board of Prospective Media Services, the leading multiposting tool for job advertisements and recruiting strategies in the DACH region. In this role, he is also responsible for the startup JobIQ in Switzerland and Stellencockpit.de in Germany. Additionally, he launched Recruiting IQ, an AI assistant for recruiting.
He actively blogs on blog.prospective.ch and, once a year, brings together the recruiting scene from the DACH region at Lake Zurich with the Recruiting Convention. As a speaker and keynote speaker, he addresses universities of applied sciences and conferences on topics such as recruiting, recruitment strategies, trends in recruitment, recruitment analytics, AI in recruiting, the current job market, and HR tech.
