Michael Platen

Michael Platen is the Managing Director and co-founder of several HR service companies operating in Switzerland, Europe, and Asia. As a former headhunter, he combines extensive operational and strategic experience in HR with an international perspective on organizations and innovation. 10 years ago, he founded Aequivalent in Switzerland, where he currently holds the position of Sales Director. Dutch national Michael Platen has lived in Switzerland since 1999. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate certificate in Change and Innovation Management.
