Prof. Dr. Nils Fürstenberg is an Assistant Professor for Organizational Culture, Leadership and Collaboration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and Vice Director of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management (IFPM-HSG). His research aims to unravel the complex interrelationships of leadership, organizational paradoxes, and team dynamics, with the goal of improving employee well-being. His findings have been published in leading scientific journals and have received several grants and awards.
