Patrick Mollet has been an entrepreneur and investor for more than 20 years and has founded several companies during this time. He is particularly interested in HR, recruiting, and employer branding. He has written numerous articles, given lectures, and conducted interviews on these topics.
As co-owner of Great Place To Work Switzerland, he supports organizations in creating a trust-based workplace culture in which employees can reach their full potential.
The future of work is his passion. Patrick Mollet is driven by the question of how we will work in the future. As an entrepreneur, he is constantly experimenting and gaining his own experience with new forms of work.
