René Latzer has been with LGT for almost five years and leads the Services & Digital Transformation team. The five-member team is responsible for the maintenance and further development of Workday, LGT Private Banking's global HR system. In addition, it drives the digital transformation of the global HR division and leads the implementation of initial AI use cases.
