Simon Carl Hardegger
Director of the Center for Aptitude, Management, and Risk Assessment
Simon Carl Hardegger studied psychology, education, and criminology at the University of Zurich and has completed advanced training in business, law, human resources management, mediation, and crisis communication. Since 2009, he has headed the Center for Aptitude, Management, and Risk Assessment at the IAP Institute for Applied Psychology at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. His work focuses on psychological diagnostics in professional contexts, particularly in the fields of human resources and leadership in general, with a special emphasis on safety, integrity, and transportation.
