Prof. Dr. Stephan Böhm is an Associate Professor for Diversity Management and Leadership and, as Director, heads the Institute for International Management and Diversity Management at the University of St. Gallen (IIDM-HSG). His research focuses on Human Resource Management, Leadership, Diversity, and Change Management. Prof. Dr. Stephan Böhm has published in leading management journals and appears at renowned scientific conferences and as a keynote speaker. He has received multiple awards for his research. Based on his expertise, Prof. Dr. Stephan Böhm also teaches and advises numerous organizations internationally.
