All purchased tickets grant access for both festival days. Day passes are not available.

After booking your festival ticket, you can add up to 5 speed meetings of 15 minutes each, free of charge. You will receive a personalized booking link via email for this. Further information on the speed meeting process

Speed Meeting Process

Here's how to proceed:

  1. Book your regular festival admission.
  2. You will receive a ticket confirmation from ALMA Medien with the download link for your HR FESTIVAL europe admission ticket. Save this, as it grants you entry to the event.
  3. Afterwards, you will receive a separate email from „HR FESTIVAL europe“ with your personal link for booking speed meetings. The speed meetings themselves, as well as the corresponding booking confirmations, are in German.
  4. Be inspired and book up to a maximum of 5 speed meetings.
  5. The tickets for the speed meetings, a single ticket for all meetings (without exhibition access), will also be sent to you by email from "HR FESTIVAL europe".

Important: Should you wish to cancel, change, or book new meetings for your participation in the Speed Meetings (after completing the initial Speed Meeting booking process), please contact us at info@hrfestival.ch.
