Global Workforce Analytics: Innovative Dashboards and Data Standards

How can fragmented HR data be transformed into a scalable, global management model for HR? In this session, Maik Seidel, Head of People Operations at Hochland Deutschland GmbH, and Benjamin Detzel, Head of Customer Success at Ingentis, will provide a practical insight into building modern HR analytics structures.

Maik Seidel shares first-hand how he implemented a company-wide transformation from manual reporting to standardized, global HR controlling at Hochland and previously at the globally active packaging company MULTIVAC – with consistent data models, real-time dashboards, and clear decision-making foundations.

Additionally, Benjamin Detzel contributes his experience from numerous client projects: He demonstrates how data can be intelligently structured, what framework conditions are necessary for consistent standards, and how analyses lead to concrete recommendations for action. This involves not only technology but also genuine competence building in HR and organizational development.
