Arianne Hasler

Since September 2023, Arianne Hasler has been a member of the Executive Board of the Galenica Group, where, as Chief People & Culture, she and her team are shaping Galenica's transformation. Galenica's more than 8,000 employees are committed daily to the health and well-being of people in Switzerland. Arianne creates frameworks in which employees, leaders, and organizations can grow together. With her extensive experience in organizational and personnel development as well as strategic transformation projects, she initiates change with foresight, shapes it collaboratively with stakeholders, and successfully brings it to fruition. She understands how to define and embed transformation as an innovation topic for sustainable corporate development. A key focus of her work is digital transformation, where she consistently places people at the center of this process.
