After completing his Master's degree in Business Administration and Business Education at the University of St. Gallen, Christoph gained experience in various operational and leadership HR roles. As a founding partner of Avenir, he helped develop various locations and business areas, most recently as Managing Director of Avenir Services, currently focusing on Digital HR, HR & Business Transformation, Leadership Training, Executive Coaching, and Assessments.
