Based on the results of this year's trend study "HRM as a Driver & Enabler of AI in
Organizations," we will discuss with HR experts who are deeply involved in the use
of Artificial Intelligence in human resource management.
You will gain insight into the current state of AI implementation in HR departments, its potential benefits,
as well as challenges related to competencies, data culture, and data protection. At the same time, you will learn about
possible future forms of design – especially with regard to the future role of
HRM as an enabler for AI within the organization.

The session will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Martina Zölch, Lecturer for Leadership & HRM, and Christoph Vogel, Work Psychologist and Lecturer at the Institute for Human Resources Management and Organization.
