Stephan Koenen has over 25 years of experience in HR strategy, transformation, and technology. After twelve years in SAP's global People & Culture organization, he moved to SAP SuccessFactors in 2019, where he is now responsible for Market Development in Germany.

He also advises companies on the future of work and digital HR transformation. His goal: to position HR as a strategic business partner.
