Dr. Leon Barton

After completing his Master's degree in Psychology, Leon spent several years researching at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen on modern leadership, strategy, and New Work. His work has been published in international scientific and practice-oriented publications. Since completing his doctorate, he has been working as a People Graduate at Sunrise in the People Analytics department, where he contributes to the further development of human resource management, focusing on AI-driven and analytical methods.
