Ola Hansson

Ola Hansson is a Captain and Instructor on the B777 for SWISS. After two years with the Swedish Marines and completing a Master's degree in Lund, Sweden, he began his career as a pilot with SAS in 1989. He has been flying in Switzerland since 1992, operating MD-11, A320, A330, A340, and B777 aircraft for Swissair and SWISS. In addition to his role as Captain, he also served as Fleet Chief for the B777, holding leadership responsibility both in the cockpit and for the cockpit crews. Furthermore, the Swedish native took on significant leadership roles in airline management, including COO of Lufthansa Airline and CEO of Lufthansa Aviation Training. He thus combines operational excellence with strategic leadership experience. Today, Ola Hansson also works as a keynote speaker for Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland.
