At Great Place To Work, Jessica Schlageter supports organizations in analyzing and developing their workplace culture. She holds a Master's degree in Sports Science and focuses intensely on the topic of wellbeing. As co-initiator of the new study on women's health in Swiss companies, she brings data-driven insights and practical recommendations. She first presented these findings at the Women's Wellbeing at Work Summit on 14.11.25 at HWZ Zurich and will shed light on them in the context of workplace culture and wellbeing.
