Women's Health in Swiss Companies: Data, Relevance, Responsibility

Women's health is gaining increasing importance in the workplace, yet often remains an underestimated or unspoken topic in many Swiss organizations. In this session, we will demonstrate why women-specific health aspects are crucial for well-being, retention, equality, and the development of a modern corporate culture. We will explore the topic from both an organizational culture and a scientific-empirical perspective.

Why now?
Demographic changes, new demands on the employee experience, and an increased focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion make women's health a strategic HR topic. At the same time, current data shows that many companies are still at the beginning when it comes to adequately addressing menstrual health, hormonal changes, or menopause. Our study closes a critical knowledge gap here and offers organizations evidence-based guidance precisely at this time.

Based on an online survey of Swiss organizations regarding women's health, we present exclusive results: How is the topic addressed today? What measures are already in place? Where are the gaps, and what needs are emerging?

Finally, HR managers will receive concrete and practical recommendations on how companies can effectively promote women's health. This includes everything from leadership and communication to the design of benefits and cultural levers with lasting impact.
