Sarah Berni is co-founder of the Institute for Women’s Wellbeing at Work. The Swiss platform combines research, consulting, and further education on women's health in the workplace, supporting companies in creating conditions where women remain healthy, engaged, and effective in all life stages. This strengthens organizations' resilience, leadership culture, and employer attractiveness.

As a co-author, Sarah Berni was significantly involved in the conception, data collection, and analysis of the "Women's Wellbeing at Work" study. Her focus is on translating scientific findings into concrete, action-oriented measures for companies.
