Jürg Gabathuler

Jürg Gabathuler studied psychology, psychopathology, and business administration at the University of Zurich. He has many years of experience as Head of HR Development in the financial services sector and also served as Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR Development in the telecommunications industry. As a certified trainer for the Process Communication Model (PCM) in Munich and Vienna, and through various advanced training courses in assessment and development, he has continuously deepened his expertise. Since 2017, he has been the Head of Studies for MAS Education Management, as well as a lecturer and consultant at the IAP of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in the fields of Human Resources and Corporate Learning. His main areas of interest include the design of learning cultures and processes in organizations, the effectiveness and transfer of corporate education, as well as agile HR development and future-oriented leadership.
