Michael Geisser successfully guides organizations through complex IT and transformation projects. He combines strategic thinking with operational implementation, ensuring that change creates measurable added value. With his experience in transformation, change management, and agile methods, he effectively brings together people, processes, and technology – with the aim of designing sustainable solutions that work today and inspire tomorrow. For about five years, he has been leading Project Aurora in the Canton of Zurich, which aims to replace the "PULS ZH" (SAP Stäfa solution) personnel and payroll administration system, introduced in 2011, for approximately 100,000 employees.
