Neele studied economics and founded her first video production startup while still in school. In 2019, during her studies, she founded the Corporate Video Platform Mozaik, which automates video creation in companies and is now used by over 150 companies, including DB Systemtechnik, AOK, and Sparkassen. Neele has built up extensive expertise, particularly in the area of employer branding with videos.
