Dr. Katharina Rehfeld is a Professor of Human Resource Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences. Her areas of expertise include International Human Resource Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Digital HR. After completing her doctorate in Economics at Heidelberg University, she worked in Asia for over twelve years, including at the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad in Shanghai and Allianz China Life. Her responsibilities there primarily included HR development and training, talent management, and senior management recruiting. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Rehfeld also serves as a trainer and coach for international executives.
