After completing her second qualification as a commercial clerk in fiduciary services, Sheila increasingly focused on Human Resources and completed her advanced training as an HR specialist in 2020. Through her positions in SME companies in the tourism and entertainment industry, she gained extensive experience across the entire employee life cycle and in HR project work. As Sheila has been working in payroll since the beginning of her commercial career, she completed the CAS Payroll Expert module / advanced training at ZHAW in 2023 to further deepen her expertise in this field.
In 2023, Sheila started at Avenir as an 'Avenir ad interim HR Specialist' and was able to flexibly and successfully support clients with staffing shortages and project work. Currently, she works as a 'Client Mandate Manager Outsourcing,' serving clients in SME and payroll outsourcing in a hybrid capacity. Thanks to her open nature and hands-on mentality, she quickly integrates into her clients' work processes and highly values collaboration with both internal and external teams.
