Vanessa Hunkeler-Bolliger is the Managing Director of the Swiss cloud software provider for e-recruiting, Refline AG. In her current role, she is responsible for the strategic development of future-proof digital recruiting solutions that effectively utilize technology and strengthen human decision-making where it creates the greatest added value. She combines many years of recruiting experience with a clear focus on digitalization and transformation in the HR environment.
She has been with Refline since 2015, initially as Head of the Refline Business Unit, and since 2019 as Managing Director. Previously, at a major Swiss recruitment service provider, she was responsible for leading several recruiting teams at various locations and filling key roles.
Vanessa Hunkeler-Bolliger holds an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and a Master's degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute (HEI) in Geneva.
