Career changes are challenging – for organizations as well as for employees. With the outplacement consulting of the IAP Institute for Applied Psychology (ZHAW), we support companies in designing separation processes responsibly, appreciatively, and professionally.

Our services are aimed at employees who are facing a career reorientation. In a structured, individually tailored consulting process, experienced psychologists/consultants support participants in reflecting on their situation, determining their personality, competencies, motivations, and potential, and in developing realistic career perspectives.

The consultation includes goal definition, strategy development, optimization of application documents, and intensive coaching during the application phase – leading to a successful re-entry into the job market or self-employment.

Outplacement consulting can be conducted individually or in a group format and makes an important contribution to a fair separation culture, strengthens employees' self-efficacy, and promotes sustainable career solutions.
