Michael Müller

Michael Müller is Head of Human Resources Switzerland at the Komax Group, a global technology company with around 3,500 employees and a presence around the world. In his role, he navigates the tension between global HR transformations and local requirements on a daily basis. He combines international standards with national implementation and ensures that global HR strategies are effective, accepted, and sustainably anchored at the local level. At Komax, he is responsible for translating global HR initiatives into functioning local processes, always with an eye on business relevance, governance, and concrete added value for managers and employees. As the link between corporate guidelines and operational reality, he is familiar with both the opportunities and the limitations of standardization. With his experience in organizational development, HR transformation, and the introduction of modern HR system landscapes, including in the context of SuccessFactors, he is committed to reducing complexity in a targeted manner and measurably increasing impact.
