Employer Attractiveness. How important is diversity in the company to Gen Z?

Generation Z is profoundly changing the Swiss labor market. For young professionals today, social aspects such as team cohesion, meaningfulness of work, and personal development are more in focus than traditional benefits. However, a cross-generational study shows that values like equal opportunities, diversity, and an appreciative work environment are of central importance for employees of all age groups. Even if diversity measures are rarely cited as a decisive factor, they form the foundation for the working conditions that are particularly crucial for Generation Z. This presentation will explore why an inclusive work environment – especially in times of social controversy – remains a key success factor for companies and what practical insights can be derived from it.
